The Photographer
Based in New Zealand, I chase those rare in-between moments — the golden half-second before a wave collapses, the hush of mist over a valley that hasn't decided whether to clear or linger.
Photography is my way of holding still what refuses to stay still. Every image is a quiet argument that this place is extraordinary.
Artist Statement
New Zealand gives photographers something impossible to manufacture — scale, isolation, and weather that changes its mind every twenty minutes. I try to be ready when it does.
